1. Respect the Vibe
Let’s keep it chill and drama-free. Positive energy only — it’s called Unwind for a reason.

2. Keep It Clean
Please help us keep the space tidy. Dispose of your trash properly — bins will be provided around the venue.

3. Low Chairs & Blankets Only (Front Rows)
To ensure a clear view for everyone, bring low chairs or blankets if you’re sitting up front.

4. No Outside Food or Drinks
We’ve got your cravings covered — We’ve got plenty of delicious options at our concession stand. and enjoy the full Unwind experience.

5. Be Kind to the Crew
Our team is here to help make your night special. Please treat them with respect.

6. Volume Courtesy
Keep conversations at a minimum during the movie. Let everyone enjoy the magic of the big screen.

7. Children Must Be Supervised
Please monitor your children and avoid disruptive behavior.
Family vibes are welcome, but please keep an eye on the little ones.

8. Pets – Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Clean up after them, please.

9. No Smoking/ Vaping in the Seating Area
If you must smoke, please use the designated area — away from the main crowd.

10. Photo & Video Friendly (But Be Respectful)
Feel free to snap and share — just don’t block the screen or others’ view while doing it.
Flash photography and filming during the movie are not allowed.

11. Lighting Etiquette
Please keep phone screens dimmed and flashlight use to a minimum once the movie starts. Help us keep the magic of the big screen alive.

12. Weather Policy – Events are subject to change due to inclement weather. Updates will be posted on our social media.

13 Ticket Policy – Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by us.

14. Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please enter quietly and avoid walking in front of the screen. Respect those already enjoying the film.

15. Rain Check Policy
In the rare case of rain or wind-related interruptions, we’ll offer a rain check or re-admit option for another movie night (based on availability).
